1. Plastic plating façade mounting works do when the temperature is just below 0 ° C. The claim must be made at the mounting hole centers of the plastic plating.
2. When you are mounting the facade of plating, nails are beat not fully – between the nail cap and plating there is left to 1mm. space.
3. When installing the facade of a plastic plating, do not deformate its pulling up or down. Plating must to maintain their natural shape.
4. Installed the plastic plating, operating temperature changes, should be able to expand and shrink freely.
5. The spaces between the plating of plastic plates and decorations are not sealing.

INSTALATION ELEMENTS (NAILS)

For plastic facade fastening there are used corrosion-resistant nails. The optimum nail dimensions: 3mm thick , length 30mm, diameter 8mm cap.

FORGING

1. Installation of the vertical trim details (corners, mergers and "J" of the details) the first nail must be hammer at the highest point of mounting hole. Other nails are hammering every 20-30cm. in to the mounting hole centers of the detail.
2. Horizontal plates and fittings are installed hammering nails every 40cm. in to the mounting hole centers.

WALL PREPARATION. THE INSTALLATION OF LEVELING SHELL

The leveling shell of the facade walls is installed of the well-dried and impregnated from the rotting and burning stringers. There are used only equal and not crooked wooden stringers. Shell stringers must to be installed vertically and arranged equally.

PLASTIC FACADE PLATING INSTALATION

Plastic facade plating is mounted from the bottom up. First facade plating plate is hitching beyond the beginning detail and is firmly affixed with nails. Plastic boards are mounted so that the ends overlap no more than every fourth row. If it is not used the combination unit "H" plates overlap must be 2-3cm. wide. The overlap shall be made so that they would be diverted from the largest movement of sites.

PLASTIC FACADE PLATING CARE

Plastic facade plating does not require additional impregnation or coating over the entire lifespan. Mud from the facade platings is washed with water. If it is hard to clean dust or soot, facade plating firstly is flushed with a solution of household cleaning products. To prepare solutions for cleaning, follow the instructions for use. Washing the entire building, begin the work at the top. After washing the building with the prepared solution, rinsed it with clean water. Paints, varnishes, lubricants and other spots are cleaned with the solvents and detergents whitch are only for them. To clean plating with volatile solvent is recommended in a small area. After cleaning solvents, stains, plating is washed with household detergent solution and rinsed.
